Refund and cancellation

Members pay Coaches directly through Stripe Connect. Vertex Digital Labs LLC does not hold buyer funds for offerings and does not issue refunds for offering purchases.

Our role is the UpMentor software. The contract for an offering is between the Member and the Coach.

Contact the Coach first. Each Coach sets their own refund terms for courses, memberships, downloads, webinars, and calls. We can pass a message along if you write to us at hello@upmentor.us with the purchase details, but we cannot force a Coach to refund or reverse a Stripe payout that has already been paid.

Cancel a recurring offering from your Member library where the product allows it, or by asking the Coach. Access typically continues through the period already paid. Future renewals stop once cancellation is processed by Stripe.

Coaches pay $19.90 per month after their first paying client. Cancel the Platform Fee from studio settings. The current period is not refunded pro rata unless we say otherwise or the law requires it. Closing the Platform subscription may pause public checkout on your studio.

Payment disputes are handled through Stripe. A dispute on an offering is between the Member, the Coach, and Stripe. Repeated or abusive disputes may lead us to suspend an account.
